At Magic and Miracles, we teach you that you do not have to suffer to heal.  I do not even like the word heal.  It is all about being present with ones self, and continue too grow.  Do you remember as a child, running around in the woods without a care in the world, totally free?  I believe this is the best medicine, the love from Mother Gaia and just plain old-fashioned having fun.  Everything other than love is just an illusion, so we will teach you how to just let that illusion go for a bit and have fun.  This is so necessary to remind you of what is important in life.  You will release the idea of separation, to have fun with people of different races, religions, and cultures.  This will allow you to step outside of the 3D if only for a bit, to help you realize that you don't have to put so much pressure on life.  Everything must be in balance. This is one major spot where people fall short in this country.  Here in the U.S. it's all about go, go, go and if you don't have enough energy drink another coffee.

I have learned that waterfalls hold some of the most powerful medicine in nature.  They really help to get things flowing again in our energy bodies.  The immense energy and power will transform your mood almost instantaneously, you will forget all about stress, fear and worry and connect to your inner child.  We are now having fun and playing at the Mount Shasta waterfalls in California, some of my favorite falls in the whole world.   There is so much great medicine in this magical land, it is considered the root chakra of the world.  I have spent a lot of time in this area, and I've selected some of my favorite spots, that we will be visiting.  We will tour at least 5 waterfalls during your 4-night retreat, having the opportunity to swim in some of the magical healing waters.  There will be great hiking in the mystical forests of Shasta.  You will have the opportunity to heal your inner child and really get outside of your comfort zone.

    Each retreat will also include two nights of sacred fire ceremony which I will lead and always be holding space for everyone to express whatever might be coming up.  Every ceremony is different, there may be laughing, crying, or whatever needs to be expressed.  You will have an opportunity to be vulnerable in front of people and that it is ok to express ourselves in a deep personal way. 

     The last day before all the guests leave, we will host a beautiful cocoa ceremony where we will have the chance to connect to the Devine Mother, and Father, the spirit of Cocoa, our ancestors, the spirits of the land, and Mother Gaia for a collective heart healing.  

Our retreats will be 4 nights and leave the 5th day after the amazing cocoa ceremony.  Everyone will have their own bed in a comfortable house with plenty of space and restrooms.  We will provide breakfast every day and dinner two nights with high frequency food.  This will give you the opportunity to go out and experience the famous local shops and restaurants in Mount Shasta.  We will be working around the weather so we have possible indoor activities or might have to shift the schedule accordingly.  There will also be   a sweat lodge included if schedule and weather permits.  We will have a maximum of ten people at each retreat.  Please fill out the contact form to discuss open dates as there is limited availability and I will answer any further questions you may have.
